Shipping methods and costs

Below we detail the different ways we can deliver your order:

  1. By urgent carrier for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: once we receive your order, if the product is in stock it will be processed immediately and delivered within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). We will send you the tracking number by email so you can follow the shipment; cost is €5 up to 10 kg and €15 over 10 kg.
  2. By urgent carrier for Spain (Balearic Islands): delivery in 48 business hours; cost €11.
  3. By express postal service for Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): delivery in 2–3 days; cost €20.
  4. International: delivery in 3–4 days; shipping costs calculated according to destination.

Returns – Boutique del Torero

  1. You can return any standard item within 15 days from receipt of the order, except personalised items.
  2. We will send out the replacement item whenever it is in stock; if the product is defective or different from what was ordered, we will cover the shipping costs.
  3. The item must arrive in good condition and not have been used, together with the original packaging if any.
  4. You must return the item by the method that is most convenient for you within the stipulated period above.

Note: we will not accept any package with postage due and will not reimburse any part of the purchase amount in this case.

Refund: once the item arrives at our store and after confirming that it is in the right condition, we will issue a credit with the value of the item or, in case of error or defect, we will refund you by the same payment method; if the payment was made by a method other than credit card, the refund will only be issued in case of error or defect.

We do not refund money if the dress is not to your liking; we only exchange it for another one. If the dress needs to be altered, once the measurements have been changed no exchange will be accepted. We do not stock a matching flower but if you need one we will make it.
